COLUMBUS, OHIO, March 8, 2023 ‒ Today, Ohio Attorney General, Dave Yost, rejected the summary of the Protecting Ohioans’ Constitutional Rights amendment to the Ohio Constitution.

The Ohio Coalition To End Qualified Immunity plans to revise the summary language based on the criticisms presented by the AG and resubmit petitions in support of the Protecting Ohioans’ Constitutional Rights amendment, the full text of which can be found at oceqi.org/amendment
