Jenny Rowe

Jenny Sue Rowe was born and raised in Ohio, and it’s where she calls home.  Jenny Rowe received a bachelor's degree in Business from Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio.  Since then, she and her husband, Sean Rowe, started a 501c3 organization, Veteran Rehab and Refuge. It is their dream to soon own a unique property with self-sustainable homes catering to homeless veterans.

“My husband, Sean Rowe, was murdered by Richland County ASORT officers Paul Webb & Rod Roose as directed by Captain Donald Zehner on Aug 4, 2021.  He was 38 years old and an 8 year war vet with tours in Korea and Iraq.

Four days prior to Sean’s murder six officers staked outside our home for 7 hours. As I was returning after being gone working 3 days between WV and Oh, I was arrested by gunpoint for what they all repeatedly said they did not know why.

We now know that this was all a set up created by Captain Donald Zehner because we refused to let them trespass our property on July 4, 2021, for no reason and no warrant.  Supposedly the neighbor had reported a puppy cry that resulted in a 4-hour standoff when we were trying to enjoy our holiday Sunday together just peacefully minding our own business.

On August 4,2021, over 20 police returned to our home and surrounded Sean and began verbally & mentally assaulting him for 2 hours on our private 2-acre home before intentionally murdering an 8 year war vet. During this brief negotiation an officer fired a shot from the driveway causing Sean to run inside the house where 6 officers were waiting for him.  Paul Webb & Rod Roose fired 8 shots with AR 15 and Glock 40 at less than 10 feet away.

Sean’s life dream of publishing his 2 books (Dark Side of the Army and The Veteran Struggle & Survival Guide) was brutally halted.  Over 10 years he had been writing these books to fund a non-profit business he had been organizing - Veteran Rehab & Refuge

The mission of Veteran Rehab & Refuge is to house, train & employ struggling vets in a unique self-sustainable environment. Through solar power, vertical gardening, on site businesses and so much more, Sean dreamed of building individual container homes where veterans could find hope and support to grow their own dreams or just live peacefully with nature.

The extreme emotional distress of losing Sean & also having our beautiful new home destroyed has been a life-changing time warp to say the least - truly there are no words.

His dream of building Veteran Rehab and Refuge became our dream and now my own dream, and I so desire to make Sean’s mission reality”
